Today's Province had a piece on gangster girlfriends and gang connected women, in particular those that had fallen victim to gun violence recently. There was also a bit on how, many of the gangster girlfriends are strippers or escorts. So, a couple of questions. We used to say, some still do, "if can't do the time, don't do the crime." Using this as basic logic, should women that engage in the same criminal activities as men, be considered fair game, just like men when the shooting starts ? Also, if you as a pooner find out that the escort you are seeing is gang connected, do you continue to see her, or do you bail and see somebody else ?

Does it really matter what your play partner does when you are not paying her? I've seen girls who I know were "connected" many, many times and it never phased me. Why should it? What does her real life/life outside of escorting have to do with anything, personal feelings aside? It's not like I was ever worried about getting "capped" when I walk into the room for a session or something...

What any service provider decides to do on their own time should not matter to us, the pooners one bit. If it does then perhaps this is the wrong hobby for you?

So, you have never worried about getting "capped," good for you. However, buddy fixing the fireplace out in Surrey probably also never worried about getting "capped." The innocent bystanders there did not have the benefit of knowing who/what they were dealing with. Just remember what an SP does on their "own time" can affect you, because I doubt whoever is pulling the trigger is going to concern themselves over the fact you are paying for that particular hour or two of her life.

From what I've read, seen in nightclubs or heard as general gossip, most gangsters wouldn't go out with strippers or escorts. Some gangsters are old fashioned family men who date more traditional straight laced, but open-minded girls.

Now, these same dudes would certainly be friends or acquaintances with strippers or escorts, but the two types commonly dating is more myth than a reality. It will happen from time to time, but it is not the majority.

I understand where you are coming from, don't get me wrong. I don't care what the SP does on her own time but yes, if I was with a "gangster girl" and someone did decide to take her out while I was with her then I'd be in danger no question about it. But lets face it, you have no idea who has a contract out on them and who doesn't. Maybe the ice cream guy who rolls down your street sells treats for kids and adults alike, and when you go for your Choco-Fudge pushup or whatever you might get iced as well. I don't condone it but guess what it will happen irregardless. If it bothers you that much then dont be seen in public with anyone in particular. In fact, just stay at home, less chance of getting shot there.

I don't agree with the gangster lifestyle, I only agree with hard work and a honest days work for a honest days pay. I also know that I can't change other people and while I know that some of my SP friends may have, at one time, been involved I don't really care one way or another. Their life is their life, nothing I can do about it. Not trying to start an argument either, any loss of life is tragic and should be avoided at all costs...
