Fuck me, this board can be harsh.

That said, bad service is bad service so it's better that it comes out for all intended. Pooners so they don't waste their money and sp's so they know what their customers want and if they want to deliver.

Attitude is more important that practically everything else. If sp's don't have it, they're in the wrong business.

Harsh, but hey, it's a business and the customer (within reason of course, especially in this business) is always right.

I didn't think any of the reviews were harsh. I've seen some reviews where everything was criticized from the type of car the girls mom drives to her views on how the IMF is handling the recession! :eek: These were short, matter of fact, and to the point.
