Went by the store the other nite and instead of scantily clad mannequins, there was a bankruptcy notice taped to the window. What a shame! Glad i stocked up during the bare year and a half they were open. I hope someone resurrects the store.

Kylie is not bad looking at all. When I first watched it a few years ago, I felt no arousal. I just watched it again--still no arousal. I guess Agent Provocateur won't be hiring me for their commercials .

I beg to differ - Kylie pushes all the right buttons for me (see that one long foot-to-head shot in her Can't Get You Out Of My Head video) and that commercial just made my jaw drop the first 50 times I watched it...

It's a shame that they had to close up shop. When I first saw the bankruptcy notice I was wondering if it's just the Vancouver location or the whole franchise. Glad to know that they are still in business.

Noooooooo!

I was planning on going there on Friday--how disappointing! You can still order by mail, but it's not the same as trying things on and the shop itself was an absolute feast for the senses. Nothing else compares quality and style wise. What a shame.

Not really RIP to Agent Provocateur as the lingerie shop with a hot sales staff is alive and kickin' in downtown Vancouver again. But farewell to Malcolm Mclaren, the father of punk fashion and music, who passed away recently. Also the former manager of the Sex Pistols. His son, Joe Corre, is the co-founder of Agent Provocateur.
