Economics still prevail; The items that effect supply are.... Demand (number of people wanting the service), risk (higher risk for women to play in that space I would assume) , price (costs more to insure safety for them and demands upon them and the cost becomes prohibitive for clients), quality ( harder to qualify the issues of interests due to demand). Change one or more of them and you adjust the other.
