I live in this town and will say that its not worth your time whatsoever. I only know a few good R and T places and that is it. With the exchange rate down for you canuckers its a lose lose game.
Have you missed all the "request for references" threads lol. Go to any US sp site and you will see exactly what is required from someone who wants to see them. Also, date-check dot com offers a referral service so you can register once and use that for your references. In the US references are primarily used to ensure that you are not LE, since it is illegal they cannot afford to see anyone who cannot provide references from other sps or verifiable details.
