I am fairly new to the biz and i have heard from others that CL is not one of the best to advertise, so they suggested i post here on Perb and i have been checking all over and still do not know how to do this.
I want to find out how to get the names in red so if anyone could help me out it would e greatly appreciated!!!

That's strange: when I click on her name, the send a private message option doesn't come up. If the pm box was full, I would still see that feature.

Can you fix your settings. You pm me but I cant answer back.
If your mailbox is full....empty the sent messages on your pm account.
