1) The City of Edmonton bylaw division requires ladies in the MP, SP and exotic dancing biz to register with them for a license to operate incall or outcall.
2) The MP parlours have men and women running them, and they play boss. Think on this, they claim they rent a room to a lady for a fee, however, they FINE these ladies, punish these ladies, etc, yet the ladies are PAYING them. Shouldn't the ladies be the bosses? Not according to the City of Edm.
3) The escort agencies are a pure joke. The fee for a gal to be her own boss is $1700 to the city, and for what, a hidden tax? Nope! This $1700 does not ensure the ladies anything but protection FROM THE GUYS working in the police dpeartment. Did you catch this? The threat is cops! Not civilians.
4) I know of a few agency owners I would never promote for, one of them was Just for Men, but that is long gone. I would not promote for Kings Court (the guy is just a puke), nor Juice or 310 (I cant stand the owners who I met), and there are other MP studios I dont respect like Legends for fining gals and a couple of others I detest as well for forcing gals into the boss over employee mentality.
5) I do not have any respect for the persons involved with the EPS, they attain gainful employment in the department and abuse their rights of operating daily commiting more crime on a daily basis than most do in a lifetime, the police department is 100% out of control...Take it to the bank.
6) Ladies operating independently face threats from police as much as psychopaths on a daily basis, most of the guys these ladies see are decent respectable folk, but there is the occasional bad guy with insincere interests to hurt or take advantage of a lady.
Personally, why I am involved...Simple, and it is worth a laugh, but true.
I personally battle police in courthouses daily, representing people who were charged criminally or under traffic. I have seen more cops lie on stand and criminally create fictitious charges against people over an attitude, and I am against gang mentality.
I ran for Parliament once and was on the Pam Barrett show, where my major issues were gang crime, then I realized around 2001 people needed to be protected from another gang crime mentality, police!
I represented people in courthouses and the enemy is the person working for the police department. Fact! Yah, they are a necessary evil to stop abusive pricks on the streets, but they are out of control.
In February, I had a major battle with the police and one of the people I had done promotions for wanted to help me, and in turn, I was to help him with his parlour, so I did. But the fucker burnt me big time lol. What was worse, he treated the ladies without regard for their personal well being and the girls asked me to help them get away from him, and the police who were 100% intimidating, threatening and charging the ladies. So, I took the offer to stop promoting owners and start promoting the gals independently. I will never promote an owner. I want nothing to do with the owners, nor would I ever help the police against an owner, even if I hate him, this is my necessary evil.
Why the LarryFlynt tag? Watch the movie, when he is court wearing a t-shirt with the slogan "FUCK THIS COURT", I RLMAO and realized who he was, and in simple he was a pervert who fought for people's right to independent decisions, great movie.

If I had the time to challenge the municipality bylaw department I would, and I would bring in the big boys, Ministry of Justice Canada to adopt a new rule.
The rule would be: "All persons desiring of entering into the conduct and services of wholistic massage, exotic entertaining or escorting are required to register their personal information for license approval, and must APPOINT a local registered agency or delegate his or herself as personal independent operator for the purposes of conducting such business within the legal boundaries of this municipality".
Take the power away from the BOSSES, and give it to the ladies PAYING the bosses, then the industry overall will change and abusive owners will be stopped immediately and these gals can maintain a self respect.
Until this happens, across Canada, the USA and the rest of the natural world, this ring will be a dirty one, where everyone is guilty, the owners, the operators, the police, the clients, everyone!!!
