I just called carmen fox and tryed to make a advance appotiment for next saturday and they said they dont do that

And then the girl on the phone was saying for a incall i have to go to the fox den

WTF, though carmen fox was different thing ( dont you have to pay extra for the den?? ). And another thing carmen fox only does out calls??? Thats Bullshit!!
1. That's correct, the general rule is that you cannot pre-book incall appointments, you can only book on "the-day-of". My understanding is that the girls "book" their own time for the rooms... meaning for the duration of their day at the Fox Den, that one room is reserved for them and no other Fox, until their "shift" is over. You can, however, (attempt to) pre-book outcall sessions, though if you've read the reviews, it doesn't always work out (due to some foreseeable and/or unforeseeable circumstances).
2. "Incall" means you go to their specified location, yes. "Outcall" means they come to your location (hotel only, I believe they do not do private residences, though I could be wrong). I don't think that definition has ever changed. This also leads to point #3....
3. Incall is only .2 more than outcall. Considering they will only attend upscale hotels (no Motel #6 for them), and some girls expect room service and/or champagne, the only way you could really say incall is worth the price is if your company is paying for your business trip....
4. Technically speaking, "Carmen Fox" and the "Fox Den" are two separate entities, owned by the same parent company (Carmen Fox). Confused...? They have two different websites, but share the same phone number. Oh yeah, and "Carmen Fox" only books outcalls, though to my understanding you can ALSO arrange outcall through the "Fox Den". Furthermore, carmanfox.com will also tell you which Fox is doing incall, outcall, or both... while foxden.ca will just re-direct you back to carmanfox.com if you want to find out their schedule.
Hope that cleared everything up!
