Only one I can think of off the top of my head.

I know there are a couple but the only one I can recall off the top of my is Alyiah at Legends. You can try giving them a call for more info. Other than that I know there was one that used to advertise in See magazine, so you might want to track down an old copy of See and you might luck out.
