I know it is an unpopular opinion but I simply have not found girls in Vancouver (at any cost) yet that offer the combination at this level. Either the looks are a little lacking or the service is. I could not agree more. I've only had personal experience with high-end independents and a few select agency ladies in Montreal so far, but it's true - Vancouver just doesn't have it. In SF, it took me awhile but I found an "off the radar" agency that had girls that were models and provided great service. But it still was not quite up to the level that I have experienced in Europe.
In NYC, you can meet absolutely amazing looking companions but, once again, the service comes in at a less totally believable GFE.
