Cancelling appointments goes both ways. How many times I unfortunetly had to cancel with my reg. ladyfriend, and I even told her well it`s not a big deal or of utmost importance. But then she nicely let me know, that she had reserved that time for me, and had other friends who wanted to see her, or other things she had to do. I always book my time with her the day before and I call to confirm in the morning. I can honestly say that I have had to cancel more times than her. She never got mad or upset.
