MS13 moving into Vancouver? I heard it on the radio. Those are some mean brutal mother fuckers. The Triads were here in Van long ago, but they cut out their turf and don't mess with the Angels. But is there room for another gang? As much as I hate those bastards and want them all jailed for life or executed, I sure hope there is enough room cuz I'd hate to see turf wars. What do you think?

I hear MS13 is especially bad and they would probably cause a lot of damage before things settled down.

Quite literally, laws would have to be changed and a lot of judicial opinions too, to be able to handle what would happen with their arrival.

Somehow, I don't see the Angels or Triads holding their own against a gang that has spent the last 5 years deliberately sending it's members into the US military for training and combat experience in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Once one gang started sending it's members into the military, the others had to follow. There are now "no go" areas on Aircraft Carriers. The various gangs have declared portions of the Carrier's territory theirs and the Navy cannot afford to discharge the men to solve the problem. I understand the same issue is happening in land combat units. The Army and the Marines are separating men into squads by gang membership.

Once highly trained men who now have real leadership and combat skills start re-entering our society, we are going to have major violence in most large American and Canadian cities.

What wikipedia has wrong is the races allowed to join. Entry is restricted to Spanish speakers who's native dialect is Salvadorian. This is so the slang can be used as a rudimentary code.

The reason for the success of gangs like the Angels, Big Circle Boys and MS 13 is that they restrict entry to a sub group of the population. This allows easy detection of police plants because they don't have the correct look or culture.

honestly i cant see a gang like ms 13 making a huge dent in vancouver. considering the way they operate in general canadian gangs are more quieter and in the shadows comapred to the american styled gangs. the future of gangs in canada is independant soldiers and gangs like united nations. each gang has members representing form each ethnicity found in vancouver, gangs like the hells angels are realizing aswell that a strictly white gang will not work in bc anymore. its a sad fact that multiculturalism is only working in the criminal world. now to go up against ms-13 you wont just have triads and angels because of gangs like un and I.S. there will definetly be a unified front against the spread of ms-13 because the triads buisness is also i.s and u.n buisness therefore it is also the angels buisness. as much as the media lieks to over play the beef between eastindian independant soldiers and the hells angels its a well known fact on the strreet that the heads of these gangs are all really good friends and the fact that at any clubhouse you see many east indians sitting together with angels is proof enough. my only concern is the way some people are talking about it would be cool for ms-13 to show up and kick some ass, well imsorry but yeah gangsters are bad but what ms-13 brings is a whole different set of rules, they will kill maim rape and destroy with out prejudice, if thats what you want here well get ready for a city filled with random violence and rapes and murders. even more terrifying is in the news al qaeda mentioning canada in their attacks and if you look it up al qaeda is probably the number one funder of ms-13 at the moment , they are usung the gang to smuggle terrorists in to america and maybe even canada, something to think about.
