It was recently brought to my attention that there is a company in e-town, World Class Escorts, using a name very similar to mine with one of there ladies. I know I certainly don't have a TM on my name and they have put a twist on the name. I swore I had recieved e-mails from this company asking me if I wanted to be listed on their site. But after a phone call to the company it was brought to my attention that it was not them and in fact a directory called World Class Escorts that had contacted me. Their is alot of things on the site that might lead to confusion. But agency assures me that it was all a coincidence and not intentional.

So to make sure you all a clear and not confused.

- World Class Escort Angency is NOT World Class Escorts Directory
- Sarah Feenah is NOT me, Saraphina
- Ashlee Sweet is NOT Ashley Sweet (in Victoria)
and - Malaysia is NOT Malayzia (the vivid porn star who is an SP in Van)

The agency says that they will be taking some steps to bring more clarity and help eliminate the confusion. But I feel the need to bring it to you, the clients attention, to avoid the confusion until such a time that the agency actually does follow through with the steps .I know from a previous experience, when there was a lady in my area who used virtually the same name, I had clients bring to my attention that they had been confused and gone to see the lady that was not me thinking it was.

They must do this intentionaly, just like scamming web-site names very close to the original.

No it's true. A lot of SPs have taken the time to build their name ultimately turning themselves into a name brand. And often those who come in and spoof the reputable name brand SP sucking some well desired business away from them. Many pooners think it's either the same person or someone affiliated and should a session go down the tubes and it's reported, it's often the name brand SP that takes the undeserved hit.

No bullshit. It's true and it happens a lot.

You are right that I am in a different area code!

However, in the years that I have been in the business, I have invested a great deal of time and energy advertising, not just locally, but internationally. Not to mention that I have also toured a fair bit outside my own province. and finally have been known to work for the occasional agency. Sooooo that makes it so much more easy to be confused.

Now I am not about to call any pooners dence for being confused. It could be a very understable error, in the face of name so similar. My name is fairly unique ( I spent a lot of effort to come up with a unique and original name when I started). But about 3 years ago there was a lady who used the name Saraphine which led to some confusion, meaning I lost business, not to mention this lady did not live up to my personal reputation. Point is, POONERS DO GET CONFUSED!!!

Quite frankly, I do find it a little annoying considering the time, energy and money I have put into building myself up as a nationally reknowned SP, that someone else might unfairly profit off my reputation not to mention potentially sully my name by using a name that might cause client to be confused. Now in light of my retirement come late september, in honesty the confusion won't impact me so much. The only people I will see are the men who know me really well and have built a very strong rapport with. But to the men who have not met me, and go see someone else with a similar name expecting me, well it's their $$$ that will be impacted. Also, although I am retiring, I have carried the name Saraphina to other venues, which only further heighten my previous reputation.

Exactly which part of "THIS" do you think is bullshit?

My post is all true. It is simply a statement of fact, experience and a caution to pooners to be aware that they might easily get confused that the girls at that agency are the high profile girls that have similar names, when they are not.

or looking at it another way... :p

the high profile girls with that Edmonton agency have noticed girls with similar names in BC that are not & are trying to profit from THEIR great reputations

C'mon, who's is seriously going to think Sarah Feena and Saraphina are one person?
Are you really that self-important that only you have a claim to the name on the continent even if it's spelled different? You're barely known in Edmonton anyway.
Or is this another case of SPs making high drama out of something insignificant?

Oh pleeeeeaaaase!!!!

-This a NEW agency...... it has not yet established a reputation.

-There may be some girls at the agency who have been around to establish a reputation, but 2 of 3 girls, that work at WCE, mentioned in my 1st post in this thread, are fairly new to the business and are far from high profile. Therefore nobody is profiting from their reputation. As far as I know the 3rd has only been known by her first name in her career as an SP.

Your argument doesn't fly and now you are just being plain ole silly.

Wolverine,

Pooners have and do get confused. What you are claiming as my being self-important is me acknowledging that I have built a reputation for myself here and far beyond my province. I am not laying claim sole propriotorship over the name. I have not asked anyone to stop using the name. However in situations where clients might easily be confused, I think it important that it be drawn to the attention that we are NOT the same person.

I have to beg to differ with you on my not being known in Edmonton. I have toured to Edmonton on numerous occassions. You may not have had a session with me. But you of all people certainly cannot claim that you were not aware of my existance. You have known of me for a few years now. And you certainly are in no position to speak for the knowledge of all the other Edmonton pooners.

I do have to agree, this is getting to be high drama. The reality is, it's the pooners $$$'s at stake (Sarah Feena might be a total doll, but if she ends up seeing a client who is expecting me, she will have a tall order to fill) and not so much of a cost to me anymore as I am retiring pretty quick.

I have an accountant in Edmonton. His name is Shawn. Shawn the Accountant. I have been seeing him for a few years. He has always done a great job on my taxes, and any other dealings that I need his advise with. A couple years ago I was in Vancouver doing some business, and I needed the help of an accountant before I left. I looked in the Yellow Pages, and wouldn't you know it, but there was an accountant named Shaun working in Vancouver. "Surely it must be the same Shawn that I use in Edmonton," I thought to myself..." I know his name is spelled different and all, but it is after all Shaun, and he is an accountant. It truly must be the same guy." So I took a cab to his accounting firm downtown to get his advise. When I stepped into his office, I noticed it didn't look like the Shawn I've worked with in the past. "That's weird," I thought to myself..."But his name is Shaun, and he is an accountant, and god knows there can only be one Shawn the Accountant. Surely it must be him." In the end, Shaun kind of sucked. Not only did he screw up my business deal, but he stole $5000 from me. I was so pissed with Shawn the Accountant, that when I got back to Edmonton, I punched him in the nose.

Moral of the story...anyone who thinks that "Shawn the Accountant" from Edmonton is the same "Shaun the Accountant" from Vancouver is a fuckin idiot, and probably deserves to have $5000 stolen from him.

I can't believe that there was even ANY controversy related to Saraphina's post. I have to agree with Ropey on this particular one. Too many distinct names that just "happen" to have very close equivalents. In my mind, it's a slam dunk...

It's good to know that they think it's worth "cashing in" on your name brand!

Ummm okay.
I'd assume that when you post in a public forum without specifically addressing it to someone that it is addressed to everyone. I could be wrong...

Who cares that you know the girl, Saraphina is experiencing the mistaken identity. She wouldn't have posted about this if someone hadn't already mistaken the other girl for the real Saraphina.

Saraphina-I don't know if you were around when there was someone who was given my old handle (Stephanie). A lot of confusion where many posters/members thought that was me and confusion from me seeing an old handle come back to life. I had contacted through PM with the imposter to have them reconsider changing their handle and pick another one not only out of respect for me and my business but they shouldn't have been granted the handle in the first place and that is not their fault. Until recently I had to post in my signature and title "The REAL Stephanie" what a nightmare that was. The handle was banned as it was a multiple handle. I wasn't so lucky on TOS (the other site), the imposter Stephanie had used my website and email address in their profile and working to tank my whole business. I don't know if they are banned, but they are probation whatever that means. Bottom line, "The REAL Saraphina" might be in order

If people can distinguish between an Ashley in one city and an ashlee in another city the next province over, then it's not going to be a huge stretch distinguishing Sarah Feena in city #1 from Saraphina in city #2. Hell, there's at least two Britneys operating in Edmonton with variances in spelling but different looks. Allow us guys SOME intelligence....

It has really baffled me understanding why you are so angry until today's post. I think I understand what's happened here, and why you are getting upset.

My guess is that you think I am saying that this Malezia (I spelled the name wrong by accident earlier) is a bait and switch. THIS IS NOT WHAT I AM SAYING.

I am saying that this Malezia (who is a former vivid actress and is an SP in Van) is not this Malaysia (who is the girl fresh to the biz, working at WCE in Edmonton)

Also I am not using the lounge forum as a place to promote myself. I engage in the lounge as everyone else for conversations that are neither reviews or advertisments. In this thread, I was simply trying to clarify that we are not the same people. I post all my advertisments in the advertisement sections and in the pertainant cities when touring (as per PERB rules). So please take a moment and do your research before you post such accusations. My guess is that somewhere along the line my posts have somehow rubbed you the wrong way, as you so clearly seem to be annoyed by my mere presence. I will appologize for whatever it was about me that has gotten your panties in a bunch.

Thank you Wolverine for taking your time to post the link of my website and the link of WCE with the photos of Sarah Feena that have just been uploaded today. I am quite happy to see that WCE has taken the steps they have said they would to clarify some of the confusion. I can only hope that this is enough to adequately relieve the chances that pooners who aren't as vigilent at their detective work as you, wolverine, from getting mixed up.

And thank you so much LaCreme for drawing attention to that extra detail that will assist people in telling Sarah Feena and myself apart.
