You either have a very specific fetish for women who train their waists with corsets, or you don't have any idea of what a 22 inch waist would look like.
That's probably due to the fact that I've seen a lot of SPs advertise a 23 or 24 inch waist that is more like a 28.
A girl that would be considered thin or skinny would have a 24 inch waist. Normal, and by that I mean fit and not skinny but not at all fat or overweight, would be about 26-28.
Unless of course, you're looking for someone with a childlike body, and by the sounds of the hip measurements, I suspect that you might be. I'm sure that's out there...but I think it would be a stretch to find a woman with the body of a child. Maybe a small asian girl would suit your tastes?

Honestly, you're just confused because sooooo many sps lie about their measurements. a 24 inch waist is TINY. The problem is that everyone with a waist from 26-30 claims to have a 24 inch waist. It's bizarre.
Measure your own waist and hips, and then think about what you actually might want.
You could try Holly Taylor from localescorts, Jade Fox (carmen fox agency), Destiny Fox (carmen fox), maybe Mercury Aradia (eros), although she's tall. Pretty thin though..and Mila on cityvibe looks REALLy good, but I think she's only available with some travel thing..
Look around, keep asking..base your decision on how the person looks, not what she says her measurements are, because she may be lying, or she may not even know them.
