Actually downloading stuff from the internet for personal use is NOT against canadian copyright laws.
The illegal act in Canada is the initial uploading or copying from the original source.

I do not believe that people should benefit from their crimes and if I can help to prevent them from doing so (by making a suggestion to someone to perform an act of downloading that is LEGAL in Canada) then I see no ethical problem with that.
Downloading music and movies is legal in Canada thats why one of the movie companies have stopped previewing movies in Canada and others are trying to amend stuff. Apparently, we're now the number one source of pirated new movies.

Exactly. Never saw why these were so popular. Maybe I just prefer straight sex as opposed to a bunch of drunk rowdy girls flashing the camera and acting stupid and not sexy.
