that after the loss to Calgary I was thinking 'here we go again' ...

tune in to last night's game against LA and the nucks are already
down a goal and taking a penalty and I'm thinking 'here we go again' ...

and then WTF??? Line-changes by Vigneault and all of a sudden
there's a completely different team on the ice ...

Bulis-Linden-Pyatt and its a goal!
Sedin-Sedin-Smolinski and its a goal!

and suddenly we got ourselves a hockey game.

but even better, man, Luongo is a frikin'brick house in net!

hate to get my hopes up, but damn, that was an awesome game!

ya i was thinkin pretty much the same thing.
and the 2-0 goal was all the more devastating kuz it was a real luongo blunder.
did you see henrik's effort at the end:
a. forcing the puck out across the blue line;
b. getting the puck to daniel to set up the empty netter.
(i thought naslund was gonna miss! or get checked from behind he was too casual)

LG - are you a bandwagon jumper? You just need to have faith. I have been a loyal (although at times it is difficult) Canuck fan since they day they joined the League. If it's your team then it's your team good or bad (sort of like marriage I guess). When they stink it is alright to say so but they still have to be your team. If not then you are not a TRUE fan.

fan since they joined ... fan through the good and bad ...

just TIRED of getting my hopes up and then having the team
just give up (or so it seems) ...

so i just don't get my hopes up and if they don't succeed
then no disappointment ...

and if they do succeed, then its a great surprise!!!

my exact thoughts ... particularly thought that putz was gonna
miss the open net making some stupid show-boat move!
