The following is the threatening e-mail I just received... What can be done about it?




Your friend bobst thinks it is
funny to flame others
you will now reap his repercussions
I suggest that you tell him to shut the fuck up
once and for all much can be done to you if

We have to be aware of the crazies out there... as well as being aware of the risks that our ladies are put under by "people" like "ben moore"

Hey Tess sorry to hear about the email, I wouldn't worry to much about it, threats like what? he will do a bad fake review about you? ooooooo like we don't or haven't had our share of those, but we ALWAYS prevail. Keep your chin up girlfriend, don't let these freaks who have nothing else better to do get to you.

Holy Fuck!

Back from Perbdale, medium security, serving a two week sentence for bitch-like fighting with a male member who I've since made peace with.

As a primary SP scapegoat, I've received cryptic messages and emails and I only wish I had some of the mods back come to my aid like some of the mods today (you know who you are;) )

Report the email to the mods.

Yes it's uncalled for, but we are not the police. I respect the ladies, but since when are they OUR ladies? I'm all for her protecting herself. A threat is against the law is it not? She has to decide if police should be notified. If ben moore is a poster here..... the mods can deal with him. The mods would have experience dealing with this... so that is why I recommended she asks them. Do they not also have a place for the ladies to warn each other about crazies? Again the mods can help her set that up.

I received this last night from the same email addie. I never post or say much about the incidents that happen to me or the other ladies.....but truth be told, there is a predator loose in our community terrorizing MANY people behind the scenes in many different ways.
Reminder to everyone to protect their personal identity as best they can.

Forward a copy of the email to your ISP and report it as harassment and they can deal with it. I had a guy spamming me once and Shaw traced the emails back to him and I never heard another thing.....

Hmm.. looks more like a mad SP than a predator...

Has Bobst been flaming any SPs lately?

Any in Calgary in particular?

Maybe one who is known to 'fly off the handle' and make threats and crazy accusations sometimes...

One who has been seen to be a bit mentally unstable...

Gee... I wonder who comes to mind on that one...

By the way, who edited out the sender info from the email?

Was it one of the mods here?

If so, then my ideas about who is sending the emails are looking more and more correct...

And, good luck getting any help from the mods here if it is who I think it is, they are more likely to help her cover her tracks (by doing things like removing the heading info from the email you posted) than to do a thing to help you. For some reason, she's got some of the mods wishing they were tampons in her purse.

It's called a "telephone tough guy".

How many times back when I had the totally touchable playmates and was indie myself did I recieve these ridiculous random emails...and phone calls.

These people are ghosts. They are NOT going to "fuck you up"...trust me.

People that fuck people up don't talk about it in emails. They just do it. Trust me on this one.

I hate to deflate the idea that a crazed loonie is loose and yes it sucks that these emails happen but these people are yesterdays news.

Next time you get an email like that...do save it (they are not brainiacs and don't have the brains to hide properly).

To be real and honest....girls...don't be too worried. Do your thing...I worked indie for like 2 years and had a ton of telephone tough guys yapping to me and not one time did I get "fucked up":rolleyes:

I did get a gun to the head but that was in Southfield in detroit and that was certainly not a guy that called and said he would "fuck me up"....PLUS its detroit...what can you really expect???? I guess I'm gangsta now!!!:)

Nice idea though. I say if they want to have it out with you....tell them to give you a date...a place...a time..and voila.....probably just a loser who won't ever show up.

Sounds like they have the big invisible L on their head LOSER!!!!!!!!:D

yeah, she's right. Don't worry, the guys who phone and email are usually the ones who won't do anything.

If someone really wished you ill or harm, they would just do it.....without warning. Just ignore it. Don't respond to any of them.

But i wouldn't post it on here if it happened again. Chances are, they are probably reading this and now know you're concerned.

I'm sorry it happened to you though hon.....good luck, but remember not to let them get to you.:)

Before the sender's info was deleted from the original post, I seem to recall reading that the email originated from a hotmail address. I think there's also a way to report harassing emails from hotmail to the hotmail web site. I would think that they would take this sort of thing quite seriously and that may also be a good line of recourse for you.

I'm noticing a lot more web problems, email problems, and phone threats on the girls since the new car seizure law and the SW's moved online. Maybe its a coincinence. I don't know.
