There is no anonymous way of sending a secure, returnable deposit. Sending a picture of a card does not confirm that it is valid, she has to redeem it, and hence cannot return it.

I guess you could courier cash to the lady in advance.

I don't think I'd ever be in the market for a visit to a lady that requires a deposit personally. Either they'd be too "high end" for my needs, or too sketchy to risk a deposit.

One thing I think most reputable providers would take into consideration is whether you have a credible presence on a review board like this one. I can see them making an exception for a long time member here, especially one with many fair reviews. Much as we want to know an SP is real and reliable, they want the same. I still remember booking a visit with a lady who was a local, but had moved and returned occasionally. She checked my PERB reviews and was hesitant to book because I had mentioned in a review that the SP was not as toned as claimed, and she worried that I might leave a negative review of her because while she had an awesome body, she had a little tummy. I laughed when she told me, but was amazed that she did that deep a dive on my presence here.

Newbies looking at unknown SP's wanting a deposit is Russian Roulette, and I wish you luck. If I was in that space, I'd stick to the well reviewed, safe options.

Agree with all that was said. What I meant was the SP redeems the gift card for the deposit. If she cancels she gives you back the deposit amount with a different card number.

My 2 cents: if you are an sp and want people to send deposits you should be set up with your bank your phone email and name that is as anonymous as can be so that you can send the deposit back in case you have to or don't take deposits at all. It's not too complicated.

similar thing happened to me. I sent a "reputable" sp $100 and when I was showering to get ready to go she texted and when I got out of the shower 10m later she was mad and cancelled my appointment. She kept the deposit but the good news is 6 months later when she returned she made good on it. I still think she should have returned it because it was only 10m. It was morning so I guess she was worried about checkout time as it was her last day.

Lady wants deposit to make sure guy shows. Guy gives deposit to secure a booking. It’s a two way street. We’ve all heard it. A lot of these ladies consider what they do and themself a business, a brand. Like a spa, an independent contractor and so on. You’d think anybody serious about there so called “business” would have a process in place to return a deposit if they cancelled the appointment, a service and rescheduling is not possible. While still remaining anonymous. So in this instance perb is kinda like a better business bureau. Thanks HM57 for letting us know. Much appreciated. I’m sure it happens more than we imagine. There’s plenty of awesome ladies out there that don’t require a deposit.

I’m unsure where this idea that your legal name gets show when you accept. On my end, in my personal life, it shows whatever I named them in my phone. It does not show their real name whatsoever 🤗

Hmm. This makes me wonder. In your work phone contact list, do you use just the clients stated names, or do you add descriptions? Like The Office IT technicians names:
The list was: Fatso, Lozenge, Fatty 2, Shorts, Fatty 3, Earhair.

There has to be at least 1 guy with the last name "earhair" in your contact list.😁

Hmm. This makes me wonder. In your work phone contact list, do you use just the clients stated names, or do you add descriptions? Like The Office IT technicians names:
The list was: Fatso, Lozenge, Fatty 2, Shorts, Fatty 3, Earhair.

There has to be at least 1 guy with the last name "earhair" in your contact list.😁

I don’t name people in my work phone for the utmost discretion 😉
