Question about my age & shape when seeing an SP

I'm an older man, 58, and a bit heavy. I am about 5' 9" 230lbs, with a reasonably big belly. I have very little confidence about my appearance, but after a divorce I have been looking to go to a SP. Perhaps ironically, I prefer petite Asians.

What are people's thoughts on going to an SP when you are not exactly model material? Do you tell them beforehand? I am worried about being rejected or going to an SP who is absolutely not into it with a guy of my age and size.

Here are some good rules to live by when seeing SPs:

-pay whatever their rate is. Period. Don't haggle and no lowballing. Pay them upfront at the beginning of the session. Tip after if you want. Tipping is optional.
-be respectful and well mannered. Don't be a jerk. Respect their rules and boundaries.
-have impeccable hygiene. Shower before if offered.

If you follow these rules, chances are very good you will have at least a decent time.

This is a business. The vast majority of SPs want to see clean, pleasant and well mannered clients who follow their rules and pay their rates without complaining. The client's appearances don't matter as much as clients like to think.

Hey buddy, get out and take a mile or 2 walk every second day. Not slow, a more faster pace.
Take up a stretching routine to stretch out unused muscle, like yoga, Pilates....
You have 3 core muscle groups, legs, core, and chest. So exercises (low impact) that stretch or work those muscles out...
Chest: push ups (various ones, should width, farer apart, closer together)
Legs: Walking, stairs (take stairs 2 at time), deep knee bend( and then reach for the sky on toes), knee lifts, jogging on the spot, elbow to opposite knee.
Core: Planks, leg raises (side and front, with variations on both, where you incorporate your hips)
Arms: Stretching, rotations, tricep pull ups, overhead lifts (small 3-10 lb weight).

If you really want to lose the weight off your stomach, diet. Cut sugars (sugar is in everything) and breads and pasta down. Eat more veggies. (try to stay away from the veggies that have more sugars/starches - carrots, peas look for brocoli, cauliflower, peppers, celery, green leaf for salad, (watch the salad dressings for sugars). Home made vegetable soup. Sugar, Starches, Meats( turn into sugars in body), Veggies.
Go out and walk around. If you sit at home, you tend to eat too much. Drink more water. The problem with more water is that you need to piss it out... Stay off the couch and go outside. by staying active your body will burn more calories.

Sweating is good for you. You might not like it.

The thing with diets is you have to meal plan, (set up ahead of time). 3 small meals with snacking material (celery), and try to fast after last meal to the meal the next morning (12 hours ??)

Walk, stretch and watch the diet

Why would any of these SPs object to your physical appearance when your presence for 30 45 minutes or longer time with them is more than they will make doing menial jobs for entire day or two. Be realistic soon as you walk out from their studio or apartment you no longer be visible to them

The ladies are used to clients like yourself. I am like yourself. As long as you are careful with your weight in that you don't inflict pain on them, they will deal with it. Typically the petite Asians will do cowgirl on you, etc. I often see Ako or Angel at Lily's and they are both a lot smaller than me!

Sp's may be used to all types, but that also doesn't mean we shouldn't be courteous enough to ask them if they are comfortable with our race, weight, age, penis size, disability or whatever might be outside what they might expect. If they aren't surprised, you will probably get a better experience.

When you make the booking you can tell them a bit about yourself to break the ice. Also do some research too and you’ll learn more about them.

Regardless of what others have posted here you WILL meet an SP who isn't comfortable with your age/appearance. If she's the least bit professional you'll never know, but she may not book you again. If she isn't, unfortunately you'll hear about it or the service will be so lacking you likely won't book her again. We all have "types" including SPs and if you don't fit that type then it may effect you experience and/or future bookings.

My Grandfather lived to be 98, my Dad 97
Both had great advice about living longer. Mind your own business.
When did the OP ask for any advice about your exercise routine?
