Is the market for SPs not as lucrative anymore?

10 years ago, it was pretty easy to find independent college aged fit girls on LL for very reasonable prices. Im not talking about absolute 9/10 bombshells but cute GND types who you could imagine playing at your university’s varsity team. It seems that they have pretty much completely disappeared from LL or am i not searching the right way?

You can still find them on Tryst albeit they are usually in late 20s and are charging $800+/hour. Not complaining about them as Ive had some great times with those ladies as well and obviously everyone is free to charge whatever they like - but Im just curious if fewer girls are going into this industry compared to 10 years ago

Long story short. Cost of living . Our apartments & condos used to cost a fraction of what it does now. Not so attractive to a very young woman new in the business to do .

Four years ago. I was seeing absolutely beautiful young White girls. REAL girls. Who actually gave FULL service. I had a Stroke 4 years ago and had to go through Rehabilitation. This was what I thought too, however my conversations with ladies about this suggests a lot more input is required to be profitable on OF.

My observations are that rates are seeming to normalize a bit since we seem to have hit a ceiling in what people will pay but the volume and calibre of new entrants isn't what it was circa 2016-2019 and into 2020.

Sampling the ads off of LL: it's mainly OF scams, ads that model after what one would describe as a back east scam, all the MPs and then the odd gem here and there... so... I dunno?🤷‍♂️ Most of the agencies barely use LL and seem to have shifted to their own advertising, Telegram, and perb.

This business isn’t as lucrative as it was even 2 years ago so not only are there fewer girls getting into this business but many are also leaving and I can see why. . If you don’t have a good amount of regular clients getting new ones is almost no longer worth the effort. . You guys talk about all the scams which I agree there are but what you may not know is the number of no shows, fantasy bookers, address collectors and just straight up f*ck around has dramatically increased to the point that they take up probably 90% of the inquiries and bookings we’re getting these days which can be mentally exhausting and irritating. Plus because of all the scams thoughs of us who are legit are being asked to jump through hoops to prove we’re legit and it’s actually more demanding than asking. . Plus the economy has turned to sh*t so not as many guys booking girls like there was 5-10 years ago.

I don’t get the fomo like many ,

and on top of that I try to keep my hobbying as part of a balanced lifestyle meaning one of many many things in life I enjoy so I frequent far less often than many .

As a result I’ve been seeing mostly the same small handful of ladies for 5+ yrs now and have developed great professional , client / provider business relationships w all of them .
Because of that they never disappoint ( so far Zero bad experiences )

I see just enough sp’s to keep some variety and keep things from becoming too familiar w anyone .
Probably works out to me seeing each one every few months.

Also the fact that I am no longer hung up on younger makes this way easier for me , I’m pretty ok w anyone over 28 but actually prefer not to go below that anymore .

It's not only this industry. Any service based industry has been seeing a decline due to changing ecosystems and economics. Consider yourself lucky if you can afford this hobby and find someone who is a match.

There are many sides to this picture.

First, Gone are the days of part time providers or students who work from their home environment a couple of times a month to supplement an income or raise cash for a trip or expense. Some are doing the OF and some are doing sugar babes. But now most providers are more full time based providers who have full expenses that must be incorporated into fees. And as fees for anything increase so do expectations, so sometimes these skewed expectations incorrectly influence how a service is judged.
I personally doubt this type of provider will ever see a resurgence.

Second gone, for the most part, are the street walkers. These ladies were a price check for a lot of providers and hobbyists and the reduction of this source allowed prices to increase with no real system of balance. Along with this the disappearance of the SRO style hourly room rental has forced the hobby into more expensive locals like hotels and Airbnbs.

Next, the proliferation of the internet has vastly impacted this industry. Once a provider entered the business on the lower fee scale and could raise their prices based on the success of their service plan. Now providers can easily see what the market is and scale their fees at a higher established provider rate as soon as they start. There seems to be less of a range of fees that providers charge as in the past. Also the percentage of scams seems to me to be higher. In the past the negative experience was the exception and now that bar has moved closer to it being the norm.
However it is important to note that bad experiences have probably always existed without the ability to be as easily revealed.

This industry has always had ebbs and flows. Right now does seem to be more of a downside for the customer, but hopefully eventually will find a way to rebalance into something more favourable to both provider and client.

I can't explain how as as people of Canada we have allowed this happened to us. I do not understand how a small tiny group of charlatans could hijack whole country drove it to the grounds and leave it broke in just 10 years.
I did not mean anything bad happened to me personally. I has been financially very well during this decade, that my net worth increased 10-fold. I cannot, just cannot accept what they have done with our country, with all young people, people who is in lower 50% percentile, for the people who he said he had back. All these people are worse off now than 10 years ago, and there is even a single doubt about it even within staunch supporters of them.
