Was there last week.

I got all of that for 180 + 20 (I gave her 200 up front with no mention of extras).
I didn't ask for any of those delightful extras. They were just all eagerly and enthusiastically provided.
Keep in mind, this happened with one lady in particular. I've also received a BBBJ and 69 from some without asking, and some after asking. I have also just received a HJ.....so it's like MP roulette.

BBBJ and 69 included in the initial fee but its not always the case depends on the lady how many times you might have seen her ymmv etc.
So dont go in counting on it!
But if it happens its a nice bonus/surprise
