Between PDC, TGF and Coco you should find something!
I've had the best experience with coco. Asian fever is a close second.

Coco Collective by a mile. Great customer service, and their menus make it crystal clear on what to expect when you book.
I would agree that Coco and TempGF are great downtown, but I would also add 1122 to that list.
Coco, tempgf and AF are the best bang for your buck - so many options, great prices and service. It’s pretty hard to pick a number one between them. Also, if you’re not into Asians AF probably drops a tier.
1122 is a tier below those imo b/c it’s a bit overpriced for the quality of girls, but there is a couple gems there.
blush collective and dollhouse are the most pricey agencies, but the girls are mostly modelesque 7.5+ though - so it’s top tier appearance for higher price.
IMO hard to justify given that service and everything else is similar to the other agencies, so you’re just paying a hefty premium for looks, and tbh the other agencies even have some lookers.
vancouvervixxxens is pretty good too.

Coco has to be the worst of the big operators by a mile. But seems some like them alot. Big fan of the asian agencies for quality service and better booking experience.
The Asian agencies are always a crapshoot due to their high turnover and inaccurate photos. You just never know what you're going to get. I only use those on well reviewed providers.
