There are a few threads that I’ve read that touch on this but given how many providers pass through the Okanagan I am looking for latest recommendations specifically for a first time with a service provider. I’m unsure if an AMP is the right place given reviews are often that they can be somewhat rushed. Or maybe a non agency GFE? Any places or providers that stand out as top recommendations in Kelowna, Penticton or Osoyoos?

Just a head's up ,,,, when it comes to AMP's avoid Flowers Spa and I do mean avoid it. It's an absolute shit house, with women who short change you at every opportunity.
AMPs are kind of hit and miss, and the costs for this-and-that can really add up.
I'd suggest you keep an eye on LL for the return of @Sofia wang and @Kaila wang . Both provide a great and friendly experience for about the same price as an AMP.

AMP's oh you're dead right " Crookedmember " hit and miss. I've met two ladies at AMP'S that I really liked, who were very comfortable with a senior gentleman. I would have loved to have been able to see them regularly but
they are here today and gone tomorrow.
What we need ( all of us ) is a complete price, a price that's basically fixed. We pay a specific amount and we know exactly what we are receiving for our money. When they start asking for more money, more money, extra for this and that. FS, GFE, that's what should be included in the $ 200 - $ 260 fee.
That's at most of the AMP's none of them do anal, bbbj is extra that I do know. One thing that I simply don't understand is these girls at AMP's working when they are on their period. Fucking disgusting in my opinion, surely they can take a few days off then return to service fresh and clean.
I've contacted sp through LL, most of them asking for deposits and / or gift cards, not a chance. That being said I did meet a lovely Asian lady through LL everything goes ( exception anal ). This lady is awesome and I'm looking forward to a threesome next week with her and her girlfriend. By the way, I'm respecting her wishes
by not putting forward her information ( at this time anyway ). I did see Kaila Wang, a nice lady but I got the impression she wasn't overly keen with a guy my age ,, I could be wrong but she certainly didn't seem too enthusiastic.
