I've used daynight twice before.
Even though it's an anecdotal example, I once tried to book Angel/Angela from another well known agency and Daynight simultaneously (I was already booking another girl via other agency for a friend so figured I'd ask about Angel). Daynight volunteered the information that Angela's condo was flooded and there was stairs only access to her... On the 15th floor. Other agency volunteered no such information before being more than eager to book me. Ever since then I trust Day night as an agency more.
I can only speak about the incall locations of several SPs who were represented by multiple agencies. I went to Simone when she was Daynight exclusive and her condo was built within the last 10 years, and was a clean single bedroom with no other roommates. Angela was other agency/Day night and her incall was also a relatively recent build and relatively clean and tidy.
While it is slightly more hassle to call them, I find that as both agency and John have assurance there is a real person behind the receiver it feels more credible and safer than just text/line/telegram.
If you're comfortable calling AF, daynight operates similarly.
