I talked to them via text and the phone she has a hard time understanding English but via text she said to bring $150 tip on top of the room fee

has anyone been to this place

It was on leolist I’m not sure how much information I can give out but it seemed that the old place was also a massage therapist as well and they recently took over on Provencher.

I will add that they have very good google reviews all saying beautiful woman lol. That’s what peaked my interest.

This is the issue....unlike other places. They don't have set rates. They hope to bring you in at $70 per hour. Once they are part way through the massage, that is when the negotiation starts. Very different than places like vipotg that are completely upfront with all the pricing. Rates and service vary from girl to girl.

Pretty much, but other places charge $50 or $60 per hour. So I'm not sure why someone would want to pay $70 per hour.
That's why I say it's a red flag when they're charging $70 per hour.
If you're going to a massage parlor go to one that charges $50 per hour.
Go to a place like Vipotg if you're looking for more FS options.

Bricks and mortar spa massage establishments vs vip and such in private locations.
Can you firstly simply get a massage at the second? Secondly being bricks and mortar the care of what is and not available is by laws best discussed with the attendant. Third the option of how far or deep one wishes to indulge in can be selected at the in person conversation.

All I am saying HAPPY and happy or a step back and decide, is always available for the low upfront establishment fee. In general your door fee goes to the establishment and your discussion the between two parties.
two separate sides of the business. I found when there is an higher door fee, less is then needed to get kicked back to the house.
But I digress. The purpose of my posting was to let you all know this month this establishment has done very well to bring in the people they did.

I would say so no Aunties there, went there last weekend and was happy that there are no Aunties, but then again YMMV. And also not everyone can get in to vipotg.
