Yes, depends where you're looking at, if you're in Burnaby, all the ladies (4 of them currently at Linda would fit your bill) at $140/half hour. There are plenty at Swan Lake as well if you're in Richmond. Then there are a few spas along the Kingsway corridor (from East Van to Burnaby) that also are $140/half hour.

Can't tell as I haven't seen her yet, but look up her reviews. She sounds pretty good. Or take a look yourself. $140 isn't that much to take a chance.
