couldn’t find much information, but what is the typical service flow at Fox Den? Is it pre-book only, walk-in (line up), or a mix? Can you call in advance to book an appointment with a provider who isn’t listed on the schedule? Also, what services are offered FS only, massage + HE, or does it depend on the individual provider?

No walkins at the Den. It is all by appointment only.
You look at the schedule, and pick the girl(s) you want to see and book them, arrive on time and you'll be greeted by the receptionist and then asked to wait while the girl(s) you chose come to get you and bring you back to the room. Sometimes, you might get lucky and see other foxes walking around - and if they pique your interest ask who they are so you can book them another time.
You can get a massage if you want, but the design of the place is pretty much made for FS, some girls will be a bit more opened to services, some even have extras.

See if there is a review of the girl you're interested in, and see if they mention if the girl offers extras or ask if she does. I dont think the reception will mention if they do and what they are.

For a person who would be their first time in this hobby, would you recommend a place like fox den or agency first? Thanks for the insight it’s appreciated.
They try to time it so that you don't see others coming or going, but you definitely do not wait with someone else on the couch. - there was once i saw someone coming down the stairs when i was going up. They will also sometimes ask you to come through the front or back.
