Full disclosure, I have not met up with Maya, but I've had 3-4 sessions with Mila, twice with Jade and once with Shay. Here is how I would recommend them depending on what's important to you.
DFK - Mila / Shay / Jade

Shay can fuck. She's great. Mila is no slouch, but Shay takes the edge. Both are flexible and I think I just did more with Shay than I did with Mila.
Jade is a bit of a starfish.
Tightness - Jade / Mila / Shay
My first session with Jade was forgettable. After six months or so, the handler suggested her to me again and mentioned she made improvements to her sessions. Sure enough she did and she was significantly improved. However, Jade still pales in comparison to the service of Mila or Shay.
