I concur with RofG...Executive bath(Stefani)...Eden(Celina)....seen them both multiple times...never a disappointing session

The rules became less restrictive after Cal passed over the Rainbow Bridge and Wpg did away with licensing requirements due to changes in federal legislation I do believe.

I used to go to EB a lot and knew all the talent there but haven’t gone much in past couple years ..always a big upsell now and no set prices like the old days

I agree things changed after cal

I see at Flo spa they put the rates. However, those are likely room rates. What is the rates for the service? Any idea?

Standard rates are 140hh 180h massage with cbj and hj ending and you can add on from there.

Note that Flow isn't a "spa" so to speak, no showers or tubs available that I have seen in a couple visits. Not to fault it, but it's a very different experience from Eden or EB where you can upgrade to a tub and FS depending on the lady....but most ladies there now seem to offer a FS experience.
