I always assumed that the rates for agency dates are higher than independent ladies. Is this accurate?
Actually, it’s usually the opposite. Agencies operate on volume and have established clientele, which keeps rates competitive. Plus, agency bookings typically include the incall — a big savings for ladies who’d otherwise need to rent one. Check hotel rates in Vancouver and you’re easily looking at $500 a night just for the room.
The other thing you’re gaining is a level of quality assurance. When an agency puts its name behind someone, there’s accountability — you’re not going to get scammed, blackmailed, or robbed. What you’re getting is peace of mind and consistency.
For the ladies, it’s also a big advantage. They get a safe, professional place to work, steady regular clientele, co-workers for safety, and full booking support. Answering phones, screening clients, and managing schedules is a full-time job in itself — being able to just show up, focus on their work, and have all that handled is a huge benefit.
In many cases, working with an agency can even be
more profitable than going independent — it really depends on the agency. Some take insane cuts (we don’t take percentages at all and publish our fees publicly), while others are much fairer. And honestly, every time a girl has left AF to go independent, her rates have nearly doubled.
What kind of incall locations are normal if you book through an agency? Do you go to the lady’s own personal residence or a shared apartment?
Can’t speak for every agency, but in our case, we provide the accommodations. The incalls are always newer high-rise two-bedroom units, with two girls per location for safety. Everything is managed professionally — you’ll never cross paths with another client, and privacy is always maintained.
