Your "cheapest options" are probably Massage Parlours. Eclipse, Yiefing and Rosa can let you have a basic HJ for $80-100. Any FS and that triples the price.
They are all affordable given enough time and savings, the problem is the frequency of your uncontrollable need to partake in this hobby
