Handler doesn't tell anything, just says that she has restrictions. Contact the handler, maybe you will have better luck. IMO, there are other agencies with better options without any secret cryptic restrictions, lol

Unfortunately I didn’t meet the criteria usually 1122 is flexible but there are a couple of times I got filtered out.
