Went to Flow instead. No sign of LE.

As for the business there are no longer any licensing requirements for MP's so it can't be that. And I doubt very much that LE was there for prostitution related matters. Prostitution is legal in Canada. What is illegal is the purchase (You're all degenerates!
). For the cops to bust anyone going into a Spa/MP, the lady would have to rat them out to the cops and that would be business suicide. There would be no way that would happen.
The only other reason would be underage or trafficked workers but i would highly doubt this would apply to Eden.

Living off the avails is illegal too, not sure how Eden stacks up in that regard. Sydnee got busted for running a bawdy house years ago, that was a lot different, there were drugs and minors on the premises.
It is not illegal to rent a room to a vetted adult member. There are no minors or drug use allowed.
In that neighborhood there are any number of reasons LE would be hanging around. I wouldn't worry or infer anything.
Maybe they had the munchies. There is a Chicken Delight next door.
