Email notifications

I've gone into my settings and have turned off all email notifications and still receive them in my inbox when someone responds or posts in a thread I've posted in. What's going on here and how do I stop this from still occuring after taking the correct steps in stopping them and them still coming in?

When you turned off all email options did you press save at the bottom of the page?

I had the same problem bc Account Details has the checkboxes for emails but I had to go to Preferences and uncheck them there too (see pic)

If you've already done this too (and saved) IDK then.

Thanks I did do that. I even checked off of every box that was possible and was still receiving them. I had to actually go into the emails themselves and opt out of all emails at the very bottom like with subscriptions or promotions from companies lol. Pretty annoying
