It ranges, Kitty and Kira are probably mid 20's, most of the rest are probably 30's up to Lisa who is probably somewhere in her mid to later 40's, in good shape for her age tho.

Place is pretty solid for a reliably decent experience when you get to know who you like, there can be a pretty big range in service levels between girls so worth asking about who you're eyeing specifically.
