We are getting WAY too many short reviews, that say something like:
1. I don't want to go into details but, she's amazing and you must go see her!
2. I don't kiss and tell, but, she's wonderful and you must treat her well!
3. I won't share what services or rates I paid, YMMV, but book her this instant!
We are going to be deleting more and more of these, they are promo posts, not reviews. Yes, YMMV, but sharing if it was a BBBJ or CBJ isn't that much to ask. Nor is asking what you paid and for how long.
There are boards out there that want plain basic reviews or recommendations. PERB isn't one of them. Read our review guide, and provide at least some useful information or prepare yourself for infractions for unpaid advertising.
We are also getting plenty promo posts from guys announcing provider x or y is back in town. They almost never include a review of any kind, just pure advertising and they will also be deleted and infractions issued. Thoughtful reviews are always welcome, honest reviews are always required. Blatant fanboy behavior is not encouraged however.
Please chime in, what are you basic expectations for a review?
