Fake breasts shouldn’t affect the sensitivity. Every breast is different. Things like breast feeding, pregnancy, hormones will affect sensitivity. Different times of the month will affect sensitivity. Breasts that have been used to feed a human might be less sensitive. Babies can be pretty rough lol. Don’t take it personally if she says they’re too sensitive. Just gear down and find something she does like. Some peoples technique can be really annoying on the nipple and others are perfect.
Breasts are only one part of the equation. There is so much more that goes into repeating with a good SP.

Dial down the testosterone a bit there my friend. You are missing the entire precursor to the question. Many won't even have that first experien̈ce with someone who has man-mades because natural is a primary prerequisite for them.
I agree with @jammerculture on his point. You see a woman who turns you on, she fucks and sucks like a champ, you're not going to say no because of the implants. And if you find a woman who turns you on so much that you have to have her, fakies aren't going to stop you. The idea that she has to have natural breasts or you won't do her is insane. Think of all the women on the planet who've had their breasts removed due to breast cancer who then had implants. They're not good enough for you? This is getting way off topic. And there is a huge difference BTW someone who chooses implants to augment healthy breasts and someone who gets them as a result of a medical condition. I believe natural is best, but you dont hear me banging my chest over how I am right and you are "insane" or "full of it". If you can't disagree respectfully, then respectfully, keep it to yourself.
