I am keeping the question simple. Would you see an SP, ON A REGULAR BASIS, if they had an enhanced bust? I specify on a regular basis to account for the curiosity seekers who want to see someone with an enhanced J sized bust.

I'm more of a "more than a mouthful is wasted" guy, and I've found that women with smaller sets seem to have much higher level of sensitivity and can even orgasm from titty play alone. Whereas enhancements seem to dull those sensations, in my experience.

I’m more of an ass man, so whether the breasts are enhanced or not is not a deal breaker for me.
I like both to be honest, can't go wrong with either or. Both are squeezable and big regardless, anything for the ladies to be happy.
Typically I prefer natural b to c.

Just to keep everyone focused, this is a yes or no question. No qualifyers. No if this then yes but if that then no. No fence sitting, just yes or no. So far looks like I am in the minority.

Natural breasts, especially large ones , can look down right terrifying. Ever got a gal on her back, ready for some good hard pounding, missionary style, only to have her tits end up on either side of her on the mattress? It's not a great sight. Or get the bra off of someone only to see her breasts reach her waistline? I'll take the man mades, sitting high and proud, right where they should be.
The SP I have seen most over the past 8-years has a larger enhanced chest and I can barely wait to get my hands on them each and every time I see her.
I understand some of the points OP is making, but I think a lot of that comes down to the quality of the enhancements that have been made. The technology for breast implants has improved by leaps and bounds since the 90's and early 2000's.

For me, when they get beyond an E cup and start to get completely disproportionate, then I'm not interested even out of curiosity. But again, just my CUP of tea 😂
It also very much comes down to the skill of the plastic surgeon.
