Not sure how you can recommend someone you haven't seen.
I have seen her and imo would say she can accommodate the OP's request as long as you are average size.
She could probably deepthroat someone above average length as long as he isn't too girthy.
She won't take someone who is thicker right down to the base but not for lack of effort.
The best FF sesh I had was with Riley Bunz (works primarily out of Victoria but travels here occasionally), she was literally on her knees grabbing my hips and getting me to thrust deeper into her throat. Elmore’s massive size aside (hey if I were that big I’d be talking about it nonstop too lol) I think Vanessa Doll has the absolute slipperiest throat and she can take it down with so much ease. I don’t know about throat pie though.
Cherish and Pheonix mentioned above def do have a gag reflex, with Cherish it was hot as she tried to deepthroat me and threw up a little. Pheonix did not take me to the base.

It starts with not feeling teeth and then the throat being able to stretch to accommodate thicker dudes.
Luxy Luxxx seems like she could...i saw her back in the day as Aria. But she wouldn't push herself to get all the way down. I'm sure she can take thicker dudes of avg length all the way down.
I think Kylie 3611, Miss Hunter and Athenabee are right near the top for effort.
The ones who seem like they possibly could don't go all in the way some others do.
I met Cherish to try this out a while ago. I enjoyed her energy and enthusiasm but she was far too teethy for my liking. Another reviewer described it as "so vigorous as to peel your skin off" and that was not far from my experience. I had to stop her and move to mish after a few minutes. ymmv

You'll definitely enjoy. Only problem no is she's mostly outcall with sporadic availability.
I've seen such mixed reviews on Kel. I'm not super girthy. Kylie 3611 was great, she couldn't go all the way but was super sloppy and the titfuck + BJ was amazing.
