Depends on who your with, how much extra time that might take, what your sp’s schedule or comfort level is with you… but I’m gonna guess that before any “extra” is acted out that your sp is going to want to see the donation beforehand, otherwise you run the risk of crossing boundaries and turning them right off ..
I think that if you discuss beforehand that is best but stating clearly what you want once your in the session , getting consent and producing the donation pre “extra “ would likely be your best course of action

Some typical "extras" are included, like MSOG where many offer it with longer sessions. While others, there is an additional amount expected which the SP would make known when you ask.

Some extras like Greek require additional prep before the session, so not all SPs will be comfortable with doing that spontaneously.
