Proper Etiquette for first timers

Hi this is my first time using such services and have some questions.

is there any typical hygiene Etiquette I should do besides the standard shower and mouthwash before meeting?

Second, when it comes to touring should I be the one to set up and handle the hotel room and its cost or is it something we discuss together later?

Hopefully wished to get some info as I am new to this.

Welcome new pooner. Good choice visiting here - take the tips to heart and you can enjoy your time while minimizing the risks of a whole range of things. Search for and pay attention to all the red flags threads too.

Re the hotel thing, well I have been doing this for decades and only when it becomes more of an overnight or weekend, or special event attendance do I arrange for accommodation. Last one was pre Covid so my frequency of that has fallen from a small data set to zero if that metric helps you. Your SP will have that taken care of hotels in almost all cases, so no issue in that regard.

Re hygiene, and etiquette, be clean, show up on time, dress as you wish, be comfortable and enjoy. Oh and don't be a dick. That ruins things for everyone.

Adding, I say don't overthink it. You are going to get laid in whatever service you have chosen, so look forward to it.

it's normal to be nervous, don't worry! But yeah, I'd say you are set, just be clean and polite and we will take care of the rest 😉

every SP does things a little differently so you can always ask directly. I would recommend that you avoid broad general questions like "how does this work?" in favour of specific questions that are easier to answer "do I have to book a hotel for our meeting?"

not exactly sure what you mean by touring, are you referring to the SP or yourself? If the SP is touring (not local) she will likely have a space set up to host. If you are visiting from out of town, many of us are happy to come visit you at your hotel (outcall), while also having a location we regularly host at (incall). Discuss specifics with your chosen SP, using her preferred method of communication. Enjoy!!

Some bonus hygiene/grooming tips that I do notice and appreciate from my clients:

• Trimmed and filed nails
• Thorough teeth brushing and flossing before arriving, and a breath mint as they are getting close. Some use a tongue scraper as well!
• Quick recent trim at the barber's for fresh hair that feels extra nice in my hands
• Freshly shaved/trimmed face and lower areas. Smooth, hair-free balls are the golden ticket to having your balls happily enjoyed
• Facial hair stays softer with regular facial moisturizer. It's lower risk of ending up greasy compared to beard oil
• Blow your nose at home. Check in the mirror to ensure that it's tidy! It is always awkward telling someone they have something up there 😭
• The subtle fresh shirt smell is very reassuring and always helps with first impressions
• Please wear fresh clean socks 🙏 It is awkward when someone takes off their shoes and you get a sudden smell that completely overpowers the fresh shirt smell. Luckily, this is very rare but just in case!
• Super extra, but I really notice when people have nice teeth. I recommend "Crest 3D White Whitestrips Professional Effect" used earlier in the week for an extra boost. Personally, I wouldn't use it every single day like the instructions recommend because it can get pretty sensitive. Maybe once a week until you reach your desired shade.

Adding:
Before people get all "she is so high-maintenance, she makes her clients do all these preparatory tasks", these are all things that some clients have individually chosen to do to give their best impressions depending on how much free time they have.

Some people take the whole day off preparing themselves to see me in the evening, and some people come in during their work break. These tips are gathered from my time in agency through to present day as an indie! I definitely notice these efforts and I appreciate such care. OP wants to have a few things to think about and try doing to feel fresh and ready. This bullet point list I've typed out could help him feel his best for his play date - some people get restless and want more tasks. I hope it all goes well and that his efforts are recognized!

also its not only the socks that can carry a negative odor, your shoes soak it all up too, so make sure your shoes are fresh smelling

Most indies have their own in calls whether she’s working out of a hotel or an apartment. If you supply the hotel, then it’s called an out call.

shower and good hygiene is good. you can do the usual shower with shaving. also, you should shower if requested by the SP when you meet them.

about arranging the hotel: i would never do this for my first session. there's too much money at stake in this case.

you're better off letting the SP do that. i don't know why you would need to pay for the hotel, unless you're firm on a SP who only provides outcalls. i would not go down that path for my first session anyway -- too much risk involved.

if anything, you can pay for an additional half hour. but hold off until you meet them and you are happy with the first hour.

also, don't stress about this too much. i think it's easy to get nervous about the first session, but once you get a hang of it, it's all straight forward from there. you will likely get scammed a few times if you're not careful.

For your first visit you'll probably be quite excited leading up to the meeting time, but as much as you can, try not to arrive at the incall location too early or too far ahead of your scheduled date. Loitering around the hotel lobby or the entrance to a condo building can draw unwanted attention and put the SP at risk or create awkward situations.

Also don't arrive 15 minutes early and text the lady asking if you can come up. If it's someone you've seen multiple times that might be okay, but for the most part, ladies are going through their routine of getting ready to greet you and rushing them is never a great way to start a session. If you're there that early just wait in your car until your meeting time and then send the text for the unit number/buzzer code.

dw about this. the process is much more simple than it seems: you just need to arrange the session with the SP. tours are often planned in advance and i would be a little surprised if some SP wanted you to book them a hotel room. this is definitely not a good path forward.

you can rest assured that most SPs that tour will have rented a hotel room for their visit. no need to worry.
