Very curious from you Perb brothers who regularly visit both types of places. I'm talking about agencies like TempGF, Asian Fever, Coco Collective vs agencies like XDS, Foxy604, Daynight. I have never visited the latter but I feel like maybe I'm missing out on some stellar choices. Most times I like some upfront conversation, laughs, and a cultural connection; so, I just kinda always avoided AMPs. However, I recall one experience I had, in China, with an SP that treated me like an absolute king and we had zero ability to communicate verbally with each other. Reflecting much later on this has now got me thinking that maybe this type of experience is worth revisiting, and conversation be damned.
I know it's so open-ended to comment on this. What's your opinion?
I would characterize the scene in Vancouver this way:
- independent operators
- co-ops (like Skyline or PDC where the SP sets the rates and the co-op takes care of the venue)
- agencies (tempgf Coco etc)
- Asian agencies (XDS, Daynight)
- MPs (multi racial MPs like Lily’s, Broadway or Tiger)
- AMPs (mostly Asian SPs like Swan or Sole)
- R&T (massage with a HJ finish like Reach or Smart)
I’ve tried them all and have had great times at all of them and have had so-so times at all of them. So price or venue is no guarantee of the experience you get - at least this is what I have found in my travels.
Like you, I tend to like to get to know a SP I vibe with so it’s important to me that there is some English and the possibility to see them again. For those reasons touring ladies are generally out for me as well as the Asian agencies (because there is often no English and a lot of turnover).
Like for most of us price is also a factor. Would you rather have one session with an agency SP or three at an MP? And do you need the privacy of a condo or are you okay with the bordello vibe?
I’ve had some great experiences with the ladies at TempGF, Coco and Bunz. I’ve also had great experiences at Tiger (tho haven’t been there recently), Lily’s and Swan. The one huge downside for me at MPs is the bartering over extras (DFK, BBJ etc), where at an agency it’s pretty much stated up front. That being said, at Swan Lake most of the providers include those services in the price, and prolly about a third of their SPs have good English (tho they def skew older).
What I’ve found as I’ve gotten a little older and gathered more experience in this game is that I’m better able to communicate my needs and generally have been able to find the SPs with whom I can have 4 and 5 star experiences with and fewer 1,2, 3 star ones. In fact, I joke with a few gents I’ve met thru Perb that we’re kind of in a golden age of pooning with some of the experiences we’ve been having, both in the agency scene and the MP scene. So in our experience those great SPs are out there in all the different market segments.
I find Perb to be an invaluable resource in that Quixotic search. The Vancouver guys tend to be very helpful with their suggestions both in the open forum and by DM.
