Douglas Road Shop(s)

Visited this tower located between Lougheed and Dawson on Douglas (East most tower of the massive collection springing up around Brentwood / Lougheed and Willingdon area) a couple times some years back but recently moved into the area and was hoping to reconnect. Unfortunately, I can't remember which shop(s) were involved and can't seem to find any via LL ads or PERB posts that specify Douglas other than those related to Douglas Street in Victoria

Just throwing it out there if anyone knows of any shops or SPs working out of that tower or if ya happen to discover any there, plz reply here or send me a PM. Can literally walk there from my new place in under 5 minutes so it would be a great convenience to find a regular go-to operating there
