No they cant. They'll hear from a friend of a friend how they're big influencers or w/e, but escorting is realistic cash.
I'm not really sure about that, with pimps/agencies taking over 50% of the girl's money you'd have to, well, unmotivated (trying to be PC here) to make less money. I mean yes, if you work at a full-serviuce spa or incall, you could make the money up in volumn, but online you can earn 24-7.

But yes, there are definitely a lot of "influencers" or Reddit experts telling girls they can make $1000 doing nothing, so there are scams all around.

This is not true. There is a ton of competition for online. It’s hard work to get to the point where you’re actually making enough to live off. Most only fan girls make less than $50 a day and you constantly have to be putting out content.

There was a news article about a woman who made over a million on only fans. It’s possible but extremely rare and you have to be model gorgeous.

In Canada, there’s a legal percentage agencies are allowed to take. When I worked in agencies, it was 30% but then they had house fees and drivers fees so sometimes you did end up making half. But it’s still better money than online.

Speaking from a place of knowing lots of people who have gone the only fans route. Most get into escorting as well. Even famous porn stars sometimes escort.

I agree wholeheartedly with Harmony. Having done both, online was a lot more work for a lot less money than escorting. It also required some expensive equipment and CONSTANT marketing just to be seen in the sea of babes online.

I had a pretty lucrative run in 2020 live-streaming on Chaturbate and Streamate, but that was due to the fact that everyone was horny at home. Once the world started getting back to “normal”, I didn’t want to play in front of the camera anymore, I wanted some hot IRL action!!

I also did onlyfans for a short while doing foot fetish content, but again, the ROI just wasn’t there and it turns out I truly prefer in person work. Suck my cute toes don’t just look at em!!

Oh, it's definitely a hustle. You're competing with hot girls in countries with much lower living standards than North America and that doesn't include AI influencers - I don't get why guys pay for that, but seems like it works for some :)

I'm not sure how an illegal business (living off the avails of prostitution is still illegal) can have a "legal percentage agencies are allowed to take", and 30% sounds like a very low number. But if that's your personal experience, good for you :)

I worked in agencies, mostly parlors, but a few escort agencies before Harper changed the law. Most agencies had a book on fee paid out of your first appointment so your first appointment was closer to 50%. Pimps are different than legal agencies that sell time. I don’t know what an individual pimp makes his girls pay. Maybe all and she gets a bit of money for shopping for ho clothes. Maybe illegal shops take more. I don’t know. But escort agencies are legal. The law is funny. Parlors the client paid the room fee and the girl worked off her tips. I only ever worked in high end parlors so I don’t know how the fuck shops work. I do know I see agencies advertising 70 $ fees which works out to be less than 30% if the lady charges $300

Well Harper hasn't been PM for a very long time. But yes, I agree the laws in Canada are funny, maybe eventually we'll figure out countries like Mexico, Spain, most of Latin America seem to have gotten right - just legalize and tax it :)

Funny how it's the Catholic countries that seem to be most relaxed about their sex industry, while the Protestant/non-religious countries (like Canada and US) are the most anti-sex-trade. :D

I also have friends currently working for agencies lol. I’m telling you that agencies don’t take over half. Women won’t work at a place if they do. I have a gf who was working at a place on Kingsway and was going home with 300-500 a day. Why are you arguing with me? Have you ever worked in the trade?

You're not arguing with me, here's what I wrote again:

If you're going to start an argument, it helps talk about what you're replying to.

(and yes the part about Catholic countries beings less anti-sex than non-religious countries is meant to be taken as a joke, unless you're one of those easily offended wokies)

So, legazie the sex industry? yes or no?

No. Don’t legalize it. But definitely decriminalize it. Take the laws off woman’s bodies period.

Legalizing comes with regulations which would do nothing but harm women not responsible enough or rich enough to afford licensing or pretty enough to get picked. Look at Amsterdam for example. Women hanging out in windows in the red light district trying to attract walker bys. Some of them not making enough to live off. It would probably mean legal brothels and they’d crack down on independents and street walkers. People would get fined for not doing it right which would keep marginalized people in a cycle of poverty.

But decriminalizing it means sw’s choose how working works for them. And makes it safer for everybody around. There’s lots of great articles around about legalizing vs decriminalizing

Thie is an escort review site, and not a travel discussion site. But to clarify, I only fly the super convenient non-stop Air Canada Vancouver -Bangkok (16.5 hrs!) which operates late October to March or so. It has never been less than $8000, usually much more When booking thorugh Air Canada. I am sure other airlines may have better prices, but I go for the convenience and nice sleeper pods on Air Canada.
I was finding nonstop economy bangkok flights for around a $1000 for a months stay. $8000 seems insane to me even with the extra relaxing emenities.
