I have visited Essence of Asia girls as well as other Asian providers and I can hands down say Essence by far has the best providers by a long shot. Never a bait and switch and I have yet to experience any of the women to be older than 30 and have yet to have yet less than a 7 out of 10 experience.
Top ones I’ve seen there as follows.

Only one I know is Summer...way over 30,I'd guess mid 40s but looks good as most 40s Thai women do

Agreed with the post above from datty. I would add Dana below miki. She's older than Miki but very friendly and she really tries hard to please you. The only downside is she doesn't like her boobs to be touched :(

Looking forward to seeing the new Korean girl Hera. Maybe we'll finally see an Asian provider that'll dethrone jade from IF. Jade was truly awesome. Unfortunately she doesn't do FS anymore

Daytty you've nailed it. They edit and embellish pictures but less than most and it gives you an idea what you're getting. Price tells all. If they offer 15 minutes deals and 200 for half hour, they on on the rougher side. Still decent, especially for Victoria. At 220-240 a half hour, likely about as good as you will get for again girls in Victoria. I have seen many of Amanda's girls and use this as a reliable guideline.

I have no complaints about Amanda's girls, all the time ymmv, but the price is good considering that they are giving bbbj that is an extra with other girls or agencies, shower together, etc.

I haven't seen hera yet but will report once I do. Jade's been my top 1 for like years now. Used to see her when she did FS. Haven't seen her since she started doing massages. Hope she offers FS again

You missed Jojo. I tried most of the above plus some others and my experience with Jojo was far the best!

Sry for the late reply. Btw, hera is no where near jade. In fact, Dana and Miki are >> hera.

Good for the buck league (little fat on tummy, good sized boobs, ok face): Miki, Dana

Not worth it league: pretty much all of Amanda's girls that are below 3 browns and hour
