Just to add to darth340s suggestion to run don't walk.
With any of the SPs, if you have any interest, don't assume this is a lifetime carrier choice.
Many are in it for an undetermined time span, and retire to a life that does not include continuing this activity.
This is a job for them and they have life goals, and once their goals are achieved, they will be gone for good, in alot of cases.

If there is a provider you have a fantasy of seeing, then get to it!
