Population collapse is the single most threat to our way of living, even more so than climate change.

haha really?

that is the reason for climate problems Elon

TOO MANY FUCKING PEOPLE ON THE PLANET

1 to 8 billion in basically 100 years

all spewing emissions

population collapse?

the world didn't exist when there were only 2 billion?

that's the same stupid ideology that we need to bring on the debt everytime there is a small crisis

instead of a correction

if the population dropped by 6 billion tomorrow

people would adapt, prices would eventually settle, wages, everything

this idiotic idea that we need more and more people

that's what's causing all the problems in the world right now

less people, less problems, people will still trade, eat, shit

our idiot politicians, "experts" keep trying to tell us we need more immigrants to keep the boomers in the lifestyle they never paid for

OUR FUCKING ECONOMY SUCKS NOW, WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN EVER BEFORE

EXPONENTIAL MATH, IT APPLIES TO PEOPLE TOO

DIMINISHING RETURNS, DIMINISHING RETURNS

THAT'S THE PROBLEM, BALANCE

like Douglas Murray said

'you think all those immigrants are never going to get old"

then what?

you keep bringing in 1 million a year? 2? 4?

it's not a solution, it's lazy, stupid

then like Elon you got to move to Mars, cause the planet can't handle 14 billion

or have you never heard that we're using 1.5X the resources that the earth can reproduce yearly, without depleting them?

population collapse hahaha

yeah, that's a problem

Our economic systems rely on growth. With population retraction comes economic retraction. Countries worls wide are trying to address this. China lifting 1 child policy. India changing policies also. Many other countries are trying to attract immigrants.
Wanting immigrants and trying to avoid refugees.

There are zero plans for replacement of economic systems.

What is your solution if not 2 states ? Exterminate 2 million people?

Is destroying a city of 2 million people and killing 45 000 a justification for the death of 1200 ? Both can't be justified...just like the treatment they inflict on each other and especially at a ratio 30 to 1 . Romans and Attila would do such things in ancient times

Nobody is going anywhere at this point as everybody is overly radicalized . People will have to start compromising at one point like people in Ireland did over 2 decades ago ...which was supposedly impossible at the time
What's your sulution to Palestinians rejecting every two state proposal, and elect Hamas, whose only goal is to evaporate Israel? How do you reason with people who won't reason? How do you negotiate with people who won't negotiate, and want your total destruction? How do you defend against every hostile neighbour? Many of you seem to think Israel is evil, but which Middle Est country is most progressive, has a constition based on the US consitution, grants rights to minorities? Then contrast every Muslim state.

Both sides goal is to exterminate the other as both sides are lead by their extremists which prevents any negotiation. Short of gathering them into a same room and put guns on their foreheads with a hourglass doing a countdown it will require new generational leaders or someone quite inspirational to get to a compromise.

The average Israeli as well as the average Palestinian are reasonable and decent people that deserve better than the Status Quo. Both sides have acted horribly but since Israel has the upper hand and the ultimate power over those territories they have to act accordingly as a democracy which is far from what they have done .

Oh by the way... Israel has a common law type of constitution closer to a parliamentarian system and with a civil code if i recall. Netanyahu keeps slashing at it though for his personal benefit and protection against prosecution.

Bullshit.

Palestinians are not reasonable people.

Never have been. Likely never will be.

If no more missiles were ever fired, Isreal could move forward with that. Not Pelestine-until every last jew is dead and slaughtered.

Bad fucking karma.

And yet Israel is the one bombing, murdering, abusing, raping and committing war crimes against the Palestinians like barbarians, while Israel remains largely untouched. 🙄

Gotta look at pictures of Gaza before and after and tell us what amount of collateral damage is acceptable in a conflict.

There's hatred on both sides and nobody is squeaky clean. Both sides have been playing the disinformation game since the 40s for the Israelis and the 60s for the Palestinians.

Yes Hamas says stuff like death to the last jew but look carefully at what Israel does to subjugate the Palestinians and take over their homes and territory without prejudice.
All the while reminding ourselves that the kill ratio for Israel was 15 to 1 in the past few decades until now where its 30 to 1 .

What does common sense dictate ? Exterminate one side for the good of the other which we all know is unfathomable or compromise like in any conflict in a civilized world ?

so how many times have they rejected land deals?

how many times have they tried to exterminate the Jews?

who elected Hamas?

how many of them did you see standing up to the Hamas Islamists, their Fathers, Grandfathers, Brothers, Cousins, Sons, Friends, Neighbours?

did you see any on video asking, demanding they give back the hostages to end it?

not seen them, the mob, cheering on the parading of the hostages, the propaganda circus in the last weeks?

yeah, great people

LINK A CLIP OF THEM OVERWHELMINGLY DEMANDING THE RELEASE OF THE HOSTAGES, EVEN MENTIONING THEIR WELFARE, THEIR HUMANITY?

JUST ONE?

THEN THE MENTION OF THE RAPES, MUTILATING, ECT... FROM OCT 7TH

GO THE WEST BANK AND TRY AND ASK THEM TOO ABOUT IT ALL

GREAT PEOPLE THAT'S HOW THEY COME ACROSS

EVEN THE OTHER ARABS DON'T WANT THEM IN THEIR MIDST

OR HAVE YOU ALSO NOT HEARD THAT FACT?

REALITY MAKES THAT JUDGEMENT

PAST/NOW ACTIONS, WORDS

SURE THERE ARE A MINORITY WHO AREN'T LIKE THAT

BUT THEY ARE IN THE MAJORITY, BY A LONG SHOT

POLL AFTER POLL

DECADE AFTER DECADE

AND YOU DIDN'T SEE THEM ON THE STREETS OF CANADA IN THE LAST YR+?

GUESS YOU THINK RUSSIANS ARE ALL FINE PEOPLE TOO?

WHO'VE ALSO NEVER KNOWN REAL DEMOCRACY, ALWAYS BEEN UNDER THE THUMB OF DICTATORS IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER

THAT'S PRETTY MUCH THE NUMBER ONE SIGN OF A PEOPLE'S

Oh, looks like we hit a nerve... Replying in all caps just like sniveling turd Trump.....

Yah like they haven't been asking for all the "prisoners" that Israel has been illegally holding for how long now

"It was in January 2006 that the Palestinian territories held what turned out to be their last parliamentary elections. Hamas won a bare plurality of votes (44 percent to the more moderate Fatah party’s 41 percent) but, given the electoral system, a strong majority of seats (74 to 45). Neither party was keen on sharing power. Fighting broke out between the two. When a unity government was finally formed in June 2007, Hamas broke the deal, started murdering Fatah members, and, in the end, took total control of the Gaza Strip. Those who weren’t killed fled to the West Bank, and the territories have remained split ever since.

In other words, Hamas’ absolute rule of Gaza is not what the Palestinians voted for back in 2006. In fact, since the median age of Gazans is 18, half of Hamas’ subjects weren’t even born when the election took place. Since they have known no alternative, have absorbed little information but Hamas propaganda, and have witnessed periodic outbursts of violent conflict with Israel throughout their lives, it is impossible to know what they really think about their rulers. "

But sure keep screaming Palestinians voted in Hamas

One of the highest illiteracy rates in the western world.
But sure, close whatever is left of the so called education department.
Instead of having more than half of the US adults reading at less than a 6th grade kid, why not shoot for more?
First hit from google ...
  • 21% of adults in the US are illiterate in 2024.
  • 54% of adults have a literacy below a 6th-grade level (20% are below 5th-grade level).
  • Low levels of literacy costs the US up to 2.2 trillion per year.
At one time, a Presidential address was written for a grade seven level of education. Now, it is for the illiterate.
