One review of new butterfly mentioned the rooms are not clean, as any one else seen this?. Do they have showers in the rooms?

they have a shower in a separate room. as for the rooms the times i have been there they seemed pretty well kept and clean

Are the providers there young or old?

No reason to to call it New butterfly. Its the same old dumpy hole in the wall place since about 2010. Always jizz on the mirrors & showers are gross... Have they fixed the broken shower door in rear right room yet? its been the same for a few years. I even told Jessica i have tools in my car and i can fix it in 2 min. Lol. Oh and no sinks in the rooms either.
