Thoughts on this ad? I didn't see anything in TinEye and the ad seems legit. From my research it could be someone that worked in a parlor in Montreal, but couldn't find anything on MERB.

Wondering if anyone has any intel, or can spot any red flags that I'm missing before TOFFT

I wouldn't rely on map to verify or triage. The map for VIP is way off too. Not meaningful IMHO

I'd be interested too but waiting for someone to give up info. The last time I drove to the south end of the city I got asked for a deposit while I was parked outside. Not falling for that again.
