Wondering if Qt in Burnaby is still running? I was told they have had some badged vistors giving them some trouble. I hope all is well.

Very rare for LE to get involved in off the street activities unless something else is going on like assault or trafficking.
Burnaby has bylaw officers for bylaw issues.
LE does not have the resources to play whack-a-mole; Prez elect T has new daytime jobs for them.

I agree, apparently they wouldn't open the door because of LE leaving girls locked in with customers. I don't know if it is here say or fact. Just being cautious.
